How to Report a Problem with an Order

Read this article for help purchasing an item on Osbisy.

To report a problem with an order:

  1. 1. Login in to Osbisy.com
  2. 2. Click or tap My Account.
  3. 3. Click or tap Vendors.
  4. 4. Find a Vendor you want to contact with, if you have not following the vendor to find on your Vendors page, learn how to follow a Vendor. Click Right arrow icon to visit store page. 
  1. 5. Click or tap Get Support.
  2. 6. In the textbox that appears, describe the problem to the seller and select the Order ID.
  3. 7. Click or press Submit to send. The seller will be notified of the new message and can respond.

If you checked out as a guest, reply to the receipt in your email to contact the seller.


Who is the seller?

Each item on Osbisy is sold by an independent seller. Reach out to the seller if:

  1. – You haven’t received your order
  2. – The item isn’t as it was described
  3. – You want a refund
  4. – You want to return the item

Each seller has their own shop policies, so be sure to review those before contacting the seller. This can include how they handle returns, refunds, and cancellations. If a seller doesn’t specify their shop policies, you can refer to our House Rules.


If you already contacted the shop

If you and the seller need assistance from Osbisy to come to a resolution, you can open a case. We recommend that you work with the seller to resolve the problem before you open a case.
