Osbisy will send you an email for each shop that you’ve purchased from. If you have any questions about your order, be sure to reach out to your seller directly.
Download a digital item you purchased
If you purchased a digital file that's available for instant download, you can access the file from your Order page. You’ll also receive a separate email with a download link.Â
When you buy on Osbisy, you're purchasing from individual shops. If you have any questions about an item or order, reach out to the seller.
Osbisy will send you an email of confirmation for each shop that you’ve purchased from. To get an invoice, Go to Login into your account and then select Order page.Â
Contacting a seller through Chat Now or Get Support is the best way to get information about an item or resolve any issues you have with your order. Each seller on Osbisy manages their own orders, and makes decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns.
How to contact a shop before buying
To contact the seller:
- On a listing page, select Chat Now or Get Support under the sellers Store Page.

Upon completing the checkout process, the payment will be taken instantly once you placed any order.
Wish lists are collections of desired products saved by buyers to their user account, signifying interest without immediate intent to purchase.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product or you need to return or exchange an item, the seller you purchased your order from is the best person to help you. Each seller on Osbisy manages their own orders, and makes decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns.Â

- Shop coupons are set up by sellers as part of their marketing campaigns. These only apply to the individual shop offering the coupon.
- Osbisy Coupons are funded by Osbisy and sent to certain buyers. These may include discounts like a certain percentage off of your next purchase.
Both types of coupons may have specific requirements and expiration dates, so make sure to check before attempting to apply them at checkout.Â
