Reporting items or shops helps Osbisy maintain accuracy and transparency in the marketplace. However, reporting should not be used for intellectual property matters.

If you are having a problem with your order, you should contact the seller directly.
If you’ve already done that, your order hasn’t arrived when it should, or the item not as described, you have the option to open a case. We recommend that you work with the seller to resolve the problem before you open a case.
A notice will be sent to Osbisy to review the item. Osbisy has several teams responsible for reviewing items flagged in the marketplace. We may contact the seller or take other appropriate action.
In some cases, Osbisy’s investigation will reveal that the item or shop is in fact in compliance with Osbisy’s policies. In cases like these, no action will be taken.
In other cases, Osbisy will work with a member privately to remedy any issues raised by flagging.
Reporting items or shops is a confidential process. The reported member won’t know who reported them.
Osbisy’s investigation will be handled privately. You will not receive a personal response to your reporting message or any updates on the review process.
