Before you can start listing items, you must register as a seller. Review our Seller Policy to make sure your items fit into Osbisy’s handmade, digital, goods list, or craft supply categories.
To add photos to your listing, click Upload Product Image and Select Files to add files from your computer and the click ‘X’ to close the upload featured image. then Click ‘+’ plus sign to add your photos into Add gallery image you recently add your Media Library.
To change the order of your images, click on a photo and drag it to the left or right.
Your images should be at least 2000 pixels wide, but the height can vary. Don’t scale down your photos to a smaller size. Buyers like to zoom in on photos to see item details. Larger images let buyers zoom in more.
We recommend you use at least five images to help shoppers get a better feel for your item.
If you’d like to crop the full-size image that appears on your public listing page, click the pencil icon under your photo.

If you have variations for a listing, you can add variation photos, which you’ll connect to your variations later in the listing process.
The first photo on a listing becomes the thumbnail for this listing. The thumbnail is the image that buyers see in your shop home, in search results, and in various other places on Osbisy. Learn more how to shot your Products

The listing details are how your listing is categorised on Osbisy, and how it can be found in Osbisy search. Shoppers can filter search results by many of the details you add.
Give your item a descriptive title. What would buyers search for to find your item? Add the most searchable words at the front of your title. Titles have a 140 character limit.
The dropdowns under About this listing help categorize your listing as Handmade, goods, or a Craft Supply. Choose who made this item, what the item is, and when it was made.
Choose which category your item belongs to. This decides which category your item appears in on the Categories page.
Think about where buyers would most likely look for your specific item. For instance, if you’re selling a typewriter, you might think of it as decor, but some shoppers will want to use it to write.
Adding attributes like colour, occasion, or celebration will help make your items more relevant in search results. They’ll also help buyers find your items more easily.
Attributes vary by the category you chose for your item.

Next, describe your item to get found in search and to help shoppers understand your listing.
Select if your item is physical or digital.

The description tells the shopper about the item, your process creating or finding it, and its dimensions. Make sure to include the size, materials used, how it was made, and any unique features.

If you are creating original designs that are manufactured with outside production assistance, add your production partner to the listings they help produce.
Check the box by Custom orders if you offer customisation for this listing. Learn more about custom orders.
Titles and tags help shoppers find your item when they search on Osbisy. Use all 10 tags available to you, and be descriptive.

For most categories, using item attributes are the best way to add materials to your listings.
You can highlight the materials you use in other areas of your listing.
However, if materials aren’t available to add in your category, you can add them here.
Decide if you offer variations for this listing. If you do, skip down to variations.
If you don’t offer variations for this listing, add the price and quantity you offer for this listing.
Choose how much this item will cost buyers.
If you charge sales tax in your shop, you can choose whether to charge it on this particular item.
If you have multiples of the same item, you can increase the quantity in stock. As the items sell, the quantity in stock will go down.
SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) numbers are a way for you to keep track of your inventory and quickly identify what you have in stock. They can also help you quickly locate items in your Osbisy shop, studio, or storage space. Learn more about SKU numbers.
If you offer different options for a product, such as size or colour, you can offer variations of the item in your listing. You can have up to 2 variations per listing.

If your listing varies on a visible attribute, such as colour, you can add photos to show that variation. Learn how to add photos to listing variations.
You can set price, quantity, and SKU for each variation.
If your listing is for a digital item, you can’t offer variations.
If you offer personalisation for this listing, Select Product Add-Ons to On. Personalisation requires buyers to let you know what they want to be personalised on an item. Learn more about offering personalisation.

Choose how you want to deliver this item.
You can choose which delivery profile you want to use for this listing. The delivery profile you choose determines the postage cost charged to buyers, the processing time, and the delivery service.
If you haven’t set up delivery profiles yet, learn how to set up delivery profiles.
If you are a seller in the United States and would like to use calculated postage for your listing, enter the item’s weight and size. Learn more about calculated postage.
Your listing won’t be saved until you click Save as Draft or Publish.
Click Preview to see how your listing will look to shoppers.
At this time, the listing preview doesn’t accurately reflect price and quantity if they are set for variations of the listing. Once you publish the listing, you’ll be able to view all your variations.
To save your listing for later, click Save as draft. To save as a draft, you’ll need to enter at least one photo, a category, a price, quantity, postage rates, a title and a description. You can always enter temporary info and then replace it before you publish.
You can find your draft listing in your Listings page under Drafts.
Drafts never expire, and there is no limit on the number of drafts you may have. The “listed on” date isn’t set, and you aren’t charged the listing fee until the listing is published to your shop.
You’re ready to sell! Click Publish to finish your listing.
Your listing is now live! This listing is now available to shoppers on Osbisy. Tell potential buyers about your new item and share it on Facebook or Twitter.
It may take up to 24 hours for listings to appear in Osbisy search results and categories.
